Prong - A Daily Solo TTRPG
A downloadable game
Roll two dice. See what happens. Make some choices, and write a short journal entry.
Prong is a world overrun by monsters. Its people are huddled together in humble villages. Merchants and porters must move quickly between locations and while most villages are self-sustaining, each one can’t help but try to reach out to their distant neighbors.
While the monsters are hideous, the people who inhabit the world are caring. Inns are free; it’s just nice to see a new face for a change. Everyone is there to help, but the normal quibble and quabble you’d expect from a small group of people living on a small plot of land still exists.
People spend their days tending to fields, caring for livestock, and getting to a safe place in a moment's notice.
Prong is a brutal world, so why are you leaving your village?
What You Need to Play
A notebook - I designed the game to be played in a Field Notes notebook. The companion book was designed to fit within the notebook. You, however, can use whatever you want.
2 Six Sided Dice - Every day you'll roll these as "daily rolls". I like having two cause you get two daily rolls.

The companion book is a one-page zine with all the tables you need to play a day of prong. Slip it into your notebook for easy reference.
The printer-friendly rulebook makes it easy to print if you don't understand printers (like me). Print double-sided and without anything fancy (I think).

The file for the companion book is an InDesign file, is this intentional? I can't exactly print it out.
Oh shoot. Fixed. Thanks for letting me know!
